Summary

I use this file to fine tune the Crossfire or Crossfire Pro. It contains everything you need to dial in your tools for Sheetcam or Fusion post processing. It has an open path, three hole .25", .50", and 1". it also has an arc on one outside corner. My method was to start at a point close to where people suggested and adjust a little at a time. Make sure to measure each piece with a caliper. I have a Razorweld 45 and find with mine a .0417 kerf is the closest I can get to perfect. It's within .003 of any dimension.

    So are you running .0417 kerf on everything?

    My crossfire program won't open the dox file. Is there another step that needs to happen first?
