Allows XR computer post to pivot and Swivel. Straight bolt up to existing framework. Tweekd design after I made mine. Requires 3/4 and 5/8 tube as pivot and welding. Cable routing a must to prevent damage. Plate for computer requires drilled hole and friction material between plates.(I used 3'' abs Discs 1/8'' ea. 2)
