100lbs Propane Smoker/BBQ Outdoor

Summary

I built a Smoker BBQ recently using a old propane tank I found. The tank was 4' length by 14.5"diameter. I used 4" tube for the chimney, I found a 13" tube for the firebox along with two 13" by 5/8" discs for the top and bottom of the firebox. This is a reverse offset smoker with a sealed welded sheet across the entire bottom of the tank making the heat have to go across the entire length before entering the grill section, I left 2.5" between the sheet and the bottom of the tank. In the bottom of the Firebox I drilled three 2" holes for air flow along with the grate raised 2 " above the bottom plate of the Firebox. I machined a few handles for the levers. I just put it all on one file to use as you like. can separate and customize. ( go over the DFX just incase, I had a item that was double lined and the plasma tried to cut the part twice, I believe I fixed it but still check. Have Fun!.
