Summary

This is a Hot Air Balloon meant to be hung up on a porch or somewhere around the house. It has a .25" hole in the top center to hang with a swivel so it will spin. The design is drawn so that it can be put together with machine bolts (#10) AFTER painting the "balloon blades" different colors. If one wanted to weld them together that would work too. The "basket" is welded to the "ropes" and to the bottom ring. Cut balloon blades with 16 gauge, at 112 IPM on 30 amps, 55 PSI with a Primeweld Cut 60. Cut the top and bottom rings with 11 gauge at 95IPM on 40 amps with 55 PSI with a Primeweld Cut 60.
