    Bret: Downloaded your file and just finished cutting. Worked Great! I slowed the feed down in FireControl but no other tweaks needed. Is it as difficult as it appears to create an .nc file from a .dxf file?

    I use Fusion 360 for both CAD and CAM (creating .nc file). It's not difficult once you know the sequence of steps. Basically, if you know how to setup your machine for the metal you'll be cutting, the software does the rest. FYI, a lot of people say SheetCAM is easier to use for creating the .nc files. I never bought it. F360 is free!

    Thanks for the info. I have the free version of Sheet Cam but i will download Fusion 360 and see if I can figure it out.

    Did you get this figured out? I have cut 5 or 6 of these in Firecontrol and got no errors. You can get the dxf file here and generate your own code if necessary. https://www.langmuirsystems.com/fireshare/bret
