Crossfire Caster wheel replacement brackets Tabs & Brackets

Summary

I designed these brackets to replace the 3/8" stud caster wheels and inserts supplied with the crossfire table due to their weakness. The side plates weld to the bottom plates and allow for two bolts each to be installed through each leg. A 1/2" nut or threaded rod connector needs to be welded over the large hole in the bottom plate to accept a 1/2' stud from a stronger user-supplied caster wheel. I used 3/16" HR steel plate for strength. These are plenty strong and should be painted or powder coated. Because of the larger wheels, the table is raised to a more comfortable working height and allows for more adjustability.
