This decorative cover plate is 5.5" by 11" and is designed to cover a 4" x 10" rectangular floor vent. The screw holes are slightly larger than 1/8". CUT READY as well as SVG and DXF versions of the first design. Also included in DXF... a STAR version, a plain one with rectangular holes and a blank one that you can add your own design to.
