Summary

Project Bronco EP. 1 – Fabricating Chassis & Suspension Stands | Langmuir CrossFire XR Build Series DXF CUT FILES We recently picked up a 1969 Ford Bronco—Big Blue—and we're turning it into a full-on Coyote drivetrain build. This is Episode 1 of a multi-part series documenting every fabrication step using Langmuir Systems equipment. In this episode, we're designing and cutting precision chassis and suspension stands from 7/16" mild steel. These stands anchor to our ArcFlat welding tables and are engineered to hold accurate wheelbase, toe, and suspension geometry throughout the frame modernization process. The Bronco runs a 5x5.5 bolt pattern, and all geometry is designed around a 31" tire circumference.
