Summary

Weld-on tabs for trailer and corresponding weld-on tabs for ramp legs. Trailer tabs are around 5 1/2" tall if I remember correctly. The leg tabs were drawn to nest inside 3" spandrel channel. Hypertherm cut settings for 3/8" mild steel plate. Hole is slightly oversized for 1 1/2" solid round bar.
