I made this about 14 x 22. Any smaller and there is a good chance that you will wind up cutting things you don't want to. I use an Everlast 52i with fine cut consumables cutting 16g hotroll. Very important have your kerf programmed properly. I grabbed the images that make this design up from a variety of online free sources of dxf and svg. I assembled them, made the plasma cuttable and modified the artwork where I didn't like it. Included is the g code I used. I personally would suggest you take the svg and run it thru your gcode creating program...that way you can create gcode that works best for your setup.

Thank you for uploading this file. The detail on the truck is awesome. I pulled the svg into Fusion 360 and it came in perfect, which is not always the case. It was considerably smaller than you mentioned but it "scaled up" without any issues. -
