Summary

1/4" steel plate. We originally designed this to measure for proper tire clearance and backspacing on 99-04 Super Duty axle swaps. Max OD is 40" tire. Pin holes are intended to have rod stock inserted at common tire diameters. Cut rod to tire or wheel diameter and assist in fitting oversized tires. Also works well for chassis ride height mockup. Bolt patterns are 8x6.5, 8x180, 8x170 for most common "1-ton" axles. Center bore clears Ford Super Duty rotor/hub. Has not been tested for other hub bores as of publishing. Center bore dia is 4.921" / 125mm gives a sturdy, flat plane to pull dimensions from. Cut to length or outside diameter as needed.
