Summary

I can never find one when I need one and they are expensive for no more than they are. Figured I'd make a couple more to have around. A little offset was bent into the long piece. The holes were drilled out to 3/16" and I drove pieces of an old 3/16" allen wrench in for the pins and welded on the backside. I threaded the movable part and used a 1/4-20 screw for the pivot point and again, welded the threads sticking out to lock them in place snug.
