Summary
Used 16ga steel for heart and love string. Used Acacia wood glued together for 12"x48" backer. I use stud welder on many of my signs and used my sharpie/marker setup to mark location to drill the holes. You could just cut out the balloon and hang it up but i like to add backers to most of my signs. If you have any questions just message me in the forum. Enjoy!
