This attachment allows you to add eyelets on flat plate. You can use the eyelet for hooking up a 4 point chain system. In the example pictures, I cut the handles out of 1/4" plate and, the slot (mouth) is designed to fit 1/4" plate (.30"). This has not been tested from an engineering load or usage standpoint, so I cannot recommend using it to lift plate like I show in the pictures. Use at your own risk. FYI- It does appear the uploaded file has a mouth opening of .25 instead of .30. Thanks for the file, plan to cut these tomorrow.
