Splash Guard / Trays Tools

Summary

3 splash Guards to fit on the Crossfire XR 4x8 table. These protect the computer system and side location of the plasma cutter and velcroed THC module from Plasma green water getting into the electronics. The main computer guard doubles as a shelf. There are multiple bolt holes that require drilling (12-14) but are all in places where there is no contact with the gantry. I recommend using 1/8" Steel but it can be done with other sizes. Some files will need printed multiple times: sideplate.dxf (4 times), topplate.dxf (2 times). The files group as followed: (left most tray) Langmuir systems front plate (1), Side plate (2), Top Plate (1). (middle tray) Crossfire XR front plate (1), Side Plate (2), Top Plate (1). (Computer Try / Shelf) Electrical Brace (1), front side (1), left side brace (1), left side inner (1), left side outer (1), main body (1), right side (1). I then used a universal rubber gear shift boot kit 6.7" x 5.5" for 350 car with the steel reinforcement ring and self tappers around the electrical inlet. It will require welding but all the pieces are slotted and ready for welds! Enjoy! -ZEKE
