Here is a test coupon I cut from 16g steel at the end of each month after doing maintenance on the system. It measures 4.5" x 3.25", has a 1" x 1" square hole, 1" round, 0.5" round and 0.25"round holes and also a 2.5" line. This is used to assess the cut quality of the machine, dross formation and the cut size calibration. I also zip tie to it any notes needed and this is hung on the side of the machine for quick reference.
