Acute Angle Press Brake Tooling — Narrow Punch & 8 / 16 / 25 mm Acute Dies

The Titan Acute Bending Tooling Kit is specialty press brake tooling for acute angle bending, hemming, and tight-radius sheet metal work on the Titan 25T CNC press brake. When a standard punch is too wide to reach the bend line, or you need a dedicated acute V-die to hold a consistent inside radius on a pre-hem, this is the kit that gets the part done right the first time.

Package pricing: Save 10%. The Acute Bending Tooling Kit is priced 10% below the combined cost of the narrow acute punch, three acute V-dies, and die holders bought separately.

What's included in this acute bending tooling kit

  • Narrow 30° Acute Angle Punch (1", 2", 2", 4", 8", 16") — a slimmed-down acute punch that reaches into channels, close flanges, and tight geometry where a standard-width punch would interfere.
  • Acute Die, 8 mm V-opening (1", 2", 2", 4", 8", 16") — for thin-gauge sheet and tight inside radii.
  • Acute Die, 16 mm V-opening (1", 2", 2", 4", 8", 16") — the mid-range opening for common sheet thicknesses.
  • Acute Die, 25 mm V-opening (1", 2", 2", 4", 8", 16") — for heavier stock and larger radii.
  • 6× 4-Way Die Holders (6" length) — for mounting to the Titan bed.

Match the V-die opening to your material

Choosing the right press brake die opening is the single biggest factor in a clean acute bend. Three acute V-dies give you the spread to size the opening to material thickness across thin gauge through heavier sheet, which means consistent angles, tighter radii, and fewer test bends. All punches and dies are segmented press brake tooling in 1" through 16" lengths.

Applications

Hemmed edges and safety edges, acute-angle brackets, closed-profile channels, sheet metal panels with folded returns, and any part that needs a pre-hem before flattening.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the Essentials Kit before buying this one? No. The Acute Bending Kit is a standalone set with its own die holders, though most shops pair it with a goose neck punch and 4-Way Die for general work.

What's the difference between the narrow and standard 30° acute punch? The narrow profile has a reduced body width to clear tight geometry; the standard profile (in the Essentials Kit) is stiffer for general acute bending.
