No. There are no plans to offer initial productions runs of CrossFire XR internationally. The CrossFire XR warranty is valid only in the United States.

The machine runs on a single 120V/20 amp outlet. You will need additional 120V outlets for the air compressor, Control Computer, Touchscreen as well as 220V for your plasma cutter.

IHS is the system that automatically senses the top surface of the material to ensure that the torch pierces at the perfect height for each cut. It works on wet, painted, or rusted surfaces.

The included automatic Torch Height Control unit is an electronic module that is wired to your plasma cutter and the electronics enclosure for the purpose of maintaining the same torch-tip-to-material distance during cutting. This is required when cutting large sheets of material that may not be perfectly flat and also to account for material warpage during cutting.

The same blow-back start plasma cutters that are compatible with the CrossFire are compatible with the XR. See our Plasma Cutter compatibility page for more details. The torch lead must be at least 25’ long to be used on the machine and your plasma cutter must use a machine torch.

The maximum plate thickness that can be supported by this machine is 1" (25.4mm) steel plate. While the CrossFire XR is capable of supporting material of up to 1" thickness for cutting, the maximum cutting thickness for your setup will be dependent on the specific plasma cutter that you are using. We advise you to refer to your respective plasma cutter owners manual to obtain relevant information related to maximum cutting thickness.

Langmuir Systems will keep an inventory of all replacement parts that go into a CrossFire XR. Any necessary replacement parts will be shipped to you free of charge while your machine is still under factory warranty. After the warranty expires, simply email support@langmuirsystems.com for current pricing on replacement items.

The CrossFire XR will ship freight in two specially designed crates. They will require a liftgate delivery unless the delivery location is equipped with a forklift. The dimensions and weights are:

• 36" x 56" x 48", 570lbs
• 16" x 112" x 9", 230lbs

All products sold directly by Langmuir Systems are eligible for return and refund. The terms of the return and refund policy are listed below:

1. Only the original buyer of the item is eligible to return the item for a refund. Proof of purchase is required in order to be eligible for a refund.
2. A return must be requested within 30 calendar days following the delivery of the item. Return requests after the eligibility period will be denied.
3. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with shipping the item back.
4. Items that are eligible for return must meet all of the following requirements:The item must be in unused condition.
   The item must be free of defects.
   The item must be received in the original packaging.
5. Langmuir Systems will inspect the item within 5 business days of receiving it. The buyer will be informed if it passes inspection and thus is eligible for a refund.
6. If Langmuir Systems concludes that the item meets the refund eligibility requirements, a refund for the original transaction amount minus a 20% restocking fee will be issued to the Buyer within 5 business days following the completion of the inspection.
7. 'In person' returns require permission from Langmuir Systems in advance.
