Not Sure Which CrossFire Fits?
Compare every CrossFire side by side, from the 2' x 2' CrossFire to the 4' x 8' CrossFire XR, on our CNC Plasma Tables page.
Stop buying parts that almost fit. With a CNC plasma table in your garage, you draw a bracket, sign, or mount on your computer and cut it from steel the same afternoon.
Start with a benchtop CrossFire, then add bending, welding, and finishing as your projects grow. Plan your layout with our Interactive Shop Planner.
Most home garages already have what a CrossFire needs. Check these four things before you order.
CrossFire tables run on a standard 120V outlet. Your plasma cutter is the bigger load, and most reach full output on a 240V circuit. Have an electrician check your panel if you don't have one.
The CrossFire cuts 2' x 2' on a sturdy base, the CrossFire XL cuts 2' x 3', and the CrossFire PRO cuts 4' x 3'. Leave room to load sheets and walk around the machine.
Plasma cutters need clean, dry air. The Razorcut 45 needs 6.7 CFM at 75 psi, so size your compressor above that and add a filter or dryer.
The water table catches sparks and traps dust. Cut with the garage door open, add a fan, wear plasma-rated eye protection, and keep flammables away from the machine.

Light mounts, shelf brackets, bike racks, and tool hangers. Simple shapes in 1/8" to 3/16" steel are the fastest way to learn your machine.
House numbers, shop signs, and silhouettes. Cut detail in thin steel, then powder coat it for outdoor use.
Cut decorative panels and roll them into a ring, or bolt flat panels into a square pit.
Light bars, license plate relocators, recovery points, and interior brackets for your own rig.
Wrench racks, welding cart parts, clamp holders, and wall-mount tool storage for your own garage.
Coat hooks, bottle openers, and custom name signs. Many owners sell them online or at markets to pay off their machine.

Yes. CrossFire tables plug into a standard 120V outlet. Your plasma cutter is a separate load, and most reach full output on a 240V circuit, so check your plasma cutter's power needs before you buy.

Most owners start by cutting a ready-made file from FireShare, which separates learning the machine from learning design. FireControl software is free, and the Langmuir forum and support team help when you get stuck.
A CrossFire with a Razorcut 45 plasma cutter starts at about $3,284 before shipping and tax. You'll also need an air compressor and safety gear if you don't already have them.
Many owners sell signs, gifts and custom parts to pay off their machine. FireShare files are free and commercially licensed, so you can sell what you cut from them.
Start with a simple bracket or sign from FireShare in thin steel. It lets you dial in cut speed and height before you design your own parts.
