The Titan Complete Tooling Kit is the full press brake tooling package for fabrication shops that want to bend any job the Titan 25T CNC press brake can handle without waiting on tooling. It brings together the everyday profiles from the Essentials Kit, the acute bending tooling from the Acute Kit, and a heavy-duty punch for thicker plate, so one purchase covers thin-gauge hems, deep boxes, and heavy flanges alike.

• 35° Heavy Duty Punch (16") — a reinforced profile for thicker material and higher-tonnage bends.
• 85° Extreme Goose Neck Punch (1", 2", 2", 4", 8") — deep-relief punch for return flanges and box bending.
• 30° Acute Angle Punch (1", 2", 2", 4", 8", 16") — general air-bending punch, 90° through acute.
• Narrow 30° Acute Angle Punch (1", 2", 2", 4", 8", 16") — slim acute punch for tight geometry.
• 4-Way Die (1", 2", 2", 4", 8", 16") — four V-openings in one die body.

Seven punch and die profiles in segmented lengths mean you can run a thin-gauge hem, a heavy-plate flange, and a deep box bend on the same press brake, same shift, with no tooling gaps. Segmented press brake tooling lets you build any bend length from 1" up and stagger segments for windows and box corners.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Complete Kit include everything from the other two kits? It includes every profile from the Essentials Kit and most of the Acute Bending Kit, plus the 35° Heavy Duty Punch. The one item not carried over is the 16 mm Acute Die, which is available separately.
