Have you considered using a single laser pointing straight down and setting up an offset so there is no parallax issues at different hights? That is how my machine is setup and my x,y zero button moves my touch center over where the laser was when I pressed the button. I have the laser mount on the side of the collision sensor unit and 2.5" away.
