The LS-CT-0254 1/4" 90° Chamfer Mill is designed for precision CNC milling of steel, cast iron and aluminum. Featuring sharp, uncoated carbide edges and a two-flute, 90° cutting profile, this chamfer mill provides clean, consistent chamfers and edge breaks.
The two-flute, 90° profile cuts a clean, consistent 45° chamfer along part edges and doubles as a deburring tool. Sharp, uncoated carbide edges cut cleanly in aluminum, steel and cast iron.
With a 1/4" cutting diameter and 2" overall length, this versatile chamfer mill is ideal for chamfering, edge breaking, and deburring part edges.
Designed for use with compatible CNC milling machines, including the Langmuir Systems MR-1 CNC Gantry Mill, the LS-CT-0254 is a versatile cutting tool for machinists, fabricators, and manufacturers working with steel, aluminum and cast iron parts.
Key Features:
2-flute, 90° geometry for clean 45° chamfers and edge breaks.
Uncoated solid carbide with sharp cutting edges.
One tool for chamfers, edge breaks and deburring.
1/4" diameter for chamfering edges and holes on small and large parts.
Compatible with the Langmuir Systems MR-1 CNC Gantry Mill and other suitable CNC milling machines.
